Controlled Group began this major £5.9m project  in Oct 2009 and involves the dismantling, deplanting and demolition of a former plant.  Previously  owned by Tate and Lyle, the site is now owned by Syral UK Ltd, was a plant processing wheat flour into starch, wheat proteins and glucose syrups, also with a distillery attached, manufacturing pure alcohol for the drinks industry.

The projects complexity has involved the full co-ordination of all divisions within the group. Traditional, Oracle, CAR, Explosives, Remediation & Environmental.
