Controlled Group has recently secured a 10 week project at Silver End, Essex for Laird Security Hardware. Production ceased in 2006 when the factory was closed down and the production of window frames was transferred to the midlands.

The former manufacturing and distribution centre will initially be removed of all asbestos containing materials followed by the demolition and site clearance of the 8 ½ acre site.
