![]() ![]() Prior to blowdown the buildings were soft stripped and all asbestos containing materials removed. All foundations were removed with all inert materials crushed on site and re-used in the local market leaving the site clear for redevelopment. One final bonus for Rhondda Cynon Taf was a 15% saving on the original target cost. Through workshops all risks were jointly identified and action plans put in place to manage the risks appropriately.
