The environmental impact of the project has to be managed successfully in order to reduce the noise, dust, vibrations and disturbance generated by the project. The building was surrounded by busy highways, pedestrian routes, major service routes, retail and domestic buildings on all sides. The bounding buildings included the Old Bailey and St. Bartholomew's Hospital. This 30 Meter high reinforced concrete structure involved careful coordination on the boundary conditions and use of specialist high reach machinery. ![]() |
